Tyler McCormick, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, is incredibly passionate about transportation services that make consumers' lives more comfortable and convenient, and in 2010 he started Sweetie Boy Transportation with only one truck and one trailer. Ten years later, he has grown the Sweetie Boy brand into 40 power units, two shops, and two offices, with 80 full-time employees. First-year revenue was $123k, and 2019 ended at $13.5M. Tyler’s driving doctrine exists in taking care of his employees; in turn, they take care of their company, and his people-centered philosophy has earned his organization a turnover ratio in the lowest 10th percentile in the industry, in addition to several awards for positive work atmosphere and employee engagement.
